"Refund took way too long"
I finally got my refund, but wow, it took way longer than I expected. Support did answer when I reached out, but it still felt like I had to keep nudging them and just sit there being patient because I had no other choice. The money came back in the end, but the whole process was frustrating and definitely not quick...

I was close to placing an order, but after spending a little time on the site, I just didn’t feel comfortable. I look for basic things first, like clear company info, easy-to-check reviews, and a site that feels put together. This one didn’t really give me that confidence. The reviews were hard to verify, the company details felt thin, and overall it just seemed a bit off. Maybe it’s totally fine, but based on my experience, I decided not to risk it.

I only used this twice and the seams were already starting to come loose, which was disappointing. I also had to deal with repeated verification during the purchase/support process, which made the whole experience even more annoying. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

"Not comfortable for me at all"
I bought some swimwear from swimmisports.com, it just wasn’t comfortable on me. The fit was all over the place — tight in spots, loose in others. After wearing it for a little while, it started rubbing my skin, and at that point I was like, give me a break. Maybe it fits other people better, but for me it didn’t feel good at all. I wouldn’t buy it again based on comfort.

"Frustrating site and way too much waiting"
The whole site was a pain to use. The menus felt all over the place, pages took forever to load, and the checkout kept jumping around on me. On top of that, I felt like I was just stuck waiting in a queue for ages, which made it even more annoying. I eventually got tired of dealing with it and gave up.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine, but the return process took a bit longer than I expected. I think other customers would probably appreciate a faster turnaround or a few more updates along the way...

"Tracking was clear and reassuring"
I ordered from swimmisports.com the tracking was easy to follow. It updated after about a day, and once it did, I could clearly see where my parcel was, which definitely made me feel confident that everything was on track. Delivery arrived when expected too. The only small thing I’d say is that I would’ve liked the first update to come through a little quicker, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I didn’t have a great experience with swimmisports.com... the site felt confusing to use, and after a while it just didn’t seem worth the hassle. I ended up more annoyed than anything, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I tried to buy a pair of goggles. The site said they were in stock. Then at checkout, it said they weren’t. I ended up not placing the order. I wish the stock info was updated better. It’s annoying to keep checking.

Just a heads up, this didn’t feel good on my skin at all. The fabric was rough and uncomfortable, so if you’re sensitive to texture or looking for something soft, I’d be careful with this one.

"Sizing was about what I expected"
I ordered a swimsuit from MI Sports Loveland and the sizing was pretty much in line with what I usually wear. I did check the size chart before ordering, just to be safe, and it matched up fine... so that was a relief.
The fit was comfortable too, not too tight or awkward in random spots or anything. I’m giving it 4 stars only because shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but as far as the size and fit go, no real complaints...

"Messy site that only works when it wants to"
I didn’t love using swimmisports.com. The whole site looks kind of outdated and thrown together, like nobody really checked how it appears on a regular screen.
The colors and fonts don’t feel like they go together, and some sections are way too crowded. On top of that, it feels like the site works when it wants to, which made browsing more frustrating than it needed to be.
I know it’s just a website, but when I’m shopping online, the look and feel really do matter. This one didn’t give me much confidence, and I ended up not enjoying the experience at all...

I ordered from MI Sports Loveland thinking the quality would match the price, but I was disappointed. The item wasn’t awful or anything, just very average, and I’ve bought similar swim gear for less that felt just as good, if not better. Delivery was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the value really wasn’t there for me. I ended up reaching out to customer service because I felt like it was overpriced for what I got, but the response didn’t really address my concern, so I had to escalate it. Even then, it didn’t feel like they were willing to do much. Overall, not the worst purchase, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"I ordered a specific item, size, and..."
I ordered a specific item, size, and color, but what showed up was not even close. Like, rough version of what happened: the box had something totally different in it, and even the packing slip didn’t match up, so it felt like the order just got mixed up somewhere and nobody checked it.
Now I’ve got to deal with sending it back for a mistake that wasn’t mine, which is just annoying. I get that stuff happens, but this was careless enough that I don’t really feel like ordering from here again.

"Promo code felt like a bait-and-switch"
I saw a discount code right on the site, so I figured I’d use it at checkout, but of course it didn’t work. When I contacted support, they just blamed it on “excluded items,” even though there was nothing obvious saying that beforehand. that’s on them. It felt misleading and really frustrating

I had to do an exchange, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair they handled it quickly. The process could’ve been a little clearer upfront, but once I reached out, they got it sorted without much trouble.
